Hello everyone.. hows your day?? I'm going to share the avocado hair mask that REPAIRS SPLIT ENDS, SEALS MOISTURE to reveal healthier and glossy hair.
DO YOU HAVE A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR HAIR?? We all want healthy glossy hair but without the expensive cost.
In warm conditions and heat appliances we use will strip the moisture from our hair causing damage and weakness. And hair treatment can be reallllyyyy expensive :'( So, why not opt for the inexpensive natural approach?? :) After all, a lot of the hair treatments' crucial ingredients are extracted from natural resources.
Lets talk bout our hair mask ingredients. All you need is
1/2 avocado
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Avocado - have natural oil which can repair damage ends, softening hair and create the healthy glow
Egg yolk - is rich in protein to strengthen and repair plus sealing the moisture
Olive oil - acts as deep conditioner, hydrating and repair hair
Lets start!!
1) Using a knife cut the avocado in half (careful not to cut your finger OK?)
p/s: save the other half for avocado facial mask..hehe
2) Using a spoon, get the inside out every single bits. Mash up the avocado using a fork into a paste, it will have like a creamy texture and it smell nice.. soo refreshing!
3) Crack the egg in a separate bowl, and get the egg yolk. Mix the avocado paste into the egg yolk bowl
4) Add a teaspoon of olive oil, apply it to our mixture. Again mix them up
5) And now you are ready to apply it to your hair :)
Apply it to you clean hair, smoothing it up focusing at the split dry ends. Leave the hair mask for 30 minutes or more. Wash with lukewarm water and later with cold water.. this will make your hair glossy.
Wait! do you remember the other half avocado we save earlier?? mashed it up and add HONEY for a nourishing facial mask for dry skin. Apply a thick layer of avocado mask and leave for 20 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm water. Feel the softness.
1 avocado = hair mask + facial mask
Good luck! all credit goes to bubzzbeauty :)
