BEAUTY TIPS- DARK CIRCLE

dark circle..who likes them?? they sucks

Everybody will develops dark circle. So saya namakan today entry is about KEMPEN PERANGI DARK CIRCLES. Bukan umpama KEMPEN PERANGI SAMPAH banner tergantung dekat dewan bandaraya Kangar,Perlis. Dark circles can make one to look more OLDER AND TIRED.

WHAT FACTORS CONTRIBUTES TO DARK CIRCLES??

First you have to understand, from where you have dark circles/puffiness before you attempt to minimizing your dark circles. Do you know what's the main cause of dark circles?? Believe it or not, it is not because lack of sleep but actually from NASAL CONGESTION a.k.a resdung. So, those who suffer from terrible sinuses in the morning such as myself are very prone to dark circles. When the nose are block, the veins which drain from your eyes into your nose swells up and darker. That's why when the temperature drops we are prone to catch flue and voila dark circles!

Hay fever mostly allergy from dust, small particles

Allergy is another main factor. Those who suffers from hay fever causes puffy swollen eyes. Since allergy can cause our eyes to be itchy, this will make us rubbing our eyes.

Rubbing eyes can break the tiny vessel under our eyes causing BRUISING.

Iron deficiency mostly will affect women on certain days of the month

The next factor is Iron deficiency. This problem is more dominant to women during special time of the month (pstt..during menstruation). And this can be easily solved by incorporating more foods high in iron into your diet such as beef, oatmeal, oyster, tomatoes, etc.

Sleep/lie horizontally

When we lacking in sleep our skin becomes paler  which makes dark circles more visible. The next factor is from sleeping itself. When we sleep-we lie horizontally; this makes fluids build up/rest under our eyes.

Limit water intake at night

Drinking water is good but try to limit drinking too much fluids at night because it contributes to fluids build up in our eyes causing puffiness. And of course genetics plays a huge part. Some of us are born with a thinner skin under the eyes, making dark circles more visible. Ageing causes the skin to lose elastin making it thinner and more transparent.

What do we have to do to minimize the dark circles now that we know what cause it??

 Put the cleasing wipes in freezer

Here's the tip. You will need a thin soft cotton, a cleansing wipes can do the trick. Wash it. With the cotton cloth soaked and wet, fold over twice so it forms a strip. Pop it in the freezer. It will be ready for couple of hours or took it out tomorrow morning. Gently pat the ice-cloth under the eyes. NEVER USE ICE CUBES DIRECTLY ON SKIN-IT CAN BREAK BLOOD VESSELS. By pressing it gently it helps to constricts the blood vessels, minimizing darkness and swelling. Then place generous amount of eye cream and pat it lightly, massaging your eyes area.

SIMPLE RIGHT??? hehehe
I'm doing this routine everyday and it helps A LOT! my dark circles are less visible. Apply concealer and it'll do WONDERS!
