CHOOSE WHICH INGREDEINT IS IN YOUR KITCHEN RIGHT NOW
You will need a Lime, a coconut milk and an empty container. Lime juice and coconut are very good for nourishing problematic hair. It helps to restore the moisture and reduce hair loss.
1. In the container, dump your coconut milk in.
2. Take out 1 or two lime, cut them. Squeeze them to produce juice
3. Here you go, put 4-5 spoon fulls of lime juice in the container
4. Precious, we are done
PLAIN Yogurt. No sugar, No flavoring or what so ever. Just natural one. Ma' favourite ingredient next is HONEY. If you notice I stress on honey in every of my home made remedies.
WHY YOGURT?? Styling products can remove moisture from your hair, making it dull and lifeless. The lactic acid in these products strips your hair of impurities, while the milk helps add moisture: the very same reasons why Cleopatra loved to bathe in tubs of milk (ok fun tips..hehe).
WHY HONEY?? Honey is a natural humectant, which attracts moisture in the air to keep your hair from going dry and frizzy.
Simple precious.. take out a bowl and mix them.. THAT'S IT!! Simple..less than 1 minute *flip hair*
Some find it impossible to work sticky honey through their hair. If this is the case, you can add about a tablespoon or two of olive oil to the honey (this loosens up the honey a bit). Got extra damaged hair? Mix one egg yolk with the honey before applying to hair. The protein in the yolk will restore the keratin in your hair, which was damaged by UV rays.
This one is the best out of three, I think.
1. If you have time, you can extract the coconut milk. Sieve the milk. Or..you can do the easiest way. Buy one!
Coconut not only help repair breakage but also strengthens your hair roots.
2. Add 1-3 table spoon of olive oil. You can add according to your hair lenght.
3. 3 table spoon of delicious honey
4. Vitamin E promotes hair growth, and also repair our hair from moisture loss. You can buy it any drug store or pharmacy. Orrr..you can purchase here!!..hehehe
~Shaklee VITA E.. good for hair, and skin. wanna buy 1.. PM me..HEHE~
5. The master piece. The texture is like creamy oily.
HOW TO USE IT FOR ALL THE ABOVE RECIPE??
~APPLY THE MIXTURE ONTO YOUR HAIR..EITHER WITH A BRUSH OR YOUR HANDS. STRESS AT THE DRY ENDS.
~YOU CAN APPLY IT ON YOUR SCALP TOO :)
~TIE YOUR HAIR IN A BUN AND WRAP YOUR HAIR WITH A PLASTIC.
It will smell a little because of olive oil.
~LET IT SIT FOR ABOUT AN HOUR
~WASH IT WITH COLD WATER. Warm water will open up your hair keratin and this will wash out all the hair nutrition.
That's it all fresh from kitchen.. Try it.. I sometimes apply only yogurt onto my hair if I am lazy enough. You should try it.
YOUR HAIR WILL BECOME SMOOTH AND SOFT. BY TIME THIS WILL REDUCE SPLIT ENDS, FRIZZ, DAMAGES AND MOISTURE LOSS.
Good Luck angles
