Entry ni pasal masalah yang melibat kan golongan wanita dan lelaki. Kalau tak di jaga.. boleh mencacatkan wajah dan keyakinan anda. Ramai remaja atau dewasa di luar mengalami masalah jerawat, blackheads-BH dan whiteheads-WH (iolss guna short form ok..malas nk tulis full term..sory). Mengikut kajian dari dermatology.com 85 % manusia akan mendapat masalah jerawat sehingga lewat usia O-M-G!

WHAT IS BLACKHEADS??

Factors can contribute to blackheads, including insufficient water in the body, and excess facial oil production, which can occur especially during puberty. Using makeup or skin-care products that contain oil can also lead to blackheads as the excess oil can become trapped in the pores. Overexfoliating the skin also has been linked with blackheads as scrubbing too harshly can strip the body of the natural substances it requires to regulate facial oil and prevent blackheads.

WHAT IS WHITEHEADS??

Bukan korang, saya juga mempunyai masalah yg sama stress.....

Like blackheads, whiteheads also have been linked with dehydration and lack of water. Drinking more water or fresh juice can reduce the occurrence of whiteheads. Fluctuating hormones also has been attributed to whitehead production as well as a skin-care regimen that does not sufficiently clean the skin and leaves residue on the skin's surface.

ada 2 produk saya pakai utk mengurangkan masalah jerawat, BH and WH.

1) SHISEIDO MASK

KANAN- shiseido black, TENGAH- shiseido gold; KIRI- shiseido white

Mula-mula saya pakai DAISO CHARCOAL MASK. Memang puas hati. Masa tu rasa dah jumpa dah the ultimate BH and WH remover. Tapi terjumpa 3 beradik ni. Jadi, saja-saja cuba yg hitam. dan... result nya sangat-sangat terkejut. THUMBS UP SEBAB DAYA LEKATAN DAN LEKITAN YANG SANGAT SUPERB. MENGALIR AIR MATA "SYUKUR" MASA CABUT MASK TU KELUAR MINUS THE CARUTAN.

my review:
a) texture dia liquid, apply saja di mana2 yg cenderung utk BH dan WH- cth di hidung, bawah dagu dan di dahi

mcm ni rupanya sebelum dia mengeras

b) tunggu sampai kering.. time ni kalau kwn buat lawak nk paksa kita gelak mmg dia sengaja cari gadoh

engkau nk dia cepat kering?? haa.. duduk depan kipas or buka air cond kuat-kuat

c) bila dah keras semua..peel it, texture dia mcm kertas nipis. time ni akan ada keluar setitik dua air mata.

p/s: sebelum sapu tu..cuci, basuh muka anda dan lap kering ye. ikat rambut, make sure jangan sapu bagi kena bulu kening (ouch! time ni air mata akan keluar mcm sungai mengalir)

mcm ni rupanya bila sudah di-peel (oh my english) mask itu

-anda letak nipis.. letak tebal. letak second layer bila 1st layer nak kering.

-masa anda hendak tarik keluar mask, mask TIDAK SEPENUHNYA KERING/KERAS.

Dua produk ni memang superb. Sapu acne cream 2 hari jerawat kecut, sapu scar cream 2-3 hari parut completely HILANG! bekas di kecik je.. tapi tahan 4 bulan. Tak habis lagi..cemuih dah tengok.

Cara pakai senang je. Pastikan muka bersih terlebih dahulu. Oles sikit je ACNE SCAR. tak perlu banyak. sebab panas krim ni, letak banyak air mata boleh keluar. Sama juga untuk SCAR CREAM :)

HOME MADE~ D.I.Y SCRUB FOR DRY SKIN

Assalamualaikum and Good-day home-made-lovers,

~my dilemma, no job, not yet finish study, no xxxx~

I'm going to share a tips on how you can make your own DIY scrub if you prone to dry skin. In Malaysia, since the weather is blazing hot most of us have dry and oily skin. Dry skin can be solve by drinking lots.. by means GALLONS of plain water. Some of us avoid it by applying MOISTURIZER. From the inexpensive for example VASELIN to the expensive one like LOREAL, REVLON, CLINIQUE etc2.

I'm going to share how you can avoid dry skin, by applying your expensive moisturizer and your DIY home made scrub. Believe me, I tried this scrub for more than a year now, and my skin super hydrated!! Not to mention the a spoonful amount of XXXXXX just to keep my face radiant :)

**I do not own this.. I got via online too and practice it for about a year now.. it still works!

LETS START YOUR VERY OWN SUGAR OLIVE OIL SCRUB

you can find it in any kitchen :)

1) EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

although it is OIL but it wont clog your pores. It is extremely hydrating. When I have time, I'll deep my fingers in olive oil to make it soft and blink-blink..hehe.

2) HONEY

3) SUGAR

4) PLASTIC CONTAINER

lets make ze' delicious scrub~

you will need..............

3 table spoon of EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

2 table spoon of HONEY

half cup of SUGAR

mix them well

JJANGGGG!!!!!!!!!!

I dont recommend store in the fridge because honey can solidified/harden at low temperature so it will be harder to scoop out the scrub. I recommend a spoonful. Apply it after you cleanse your face. It helps to exfoliate the dead skin cells.

HOW TO?????

Scrub it at night with a free make-up face, avoiding the eyes area. You might want to leave it like 60 seconds or so and rinse it off with luke warm water.

You can scrub it once a week and dont worry it is NATURAL SAFE, I mean YOU made it :)
